熱法脫氧工藝流程:
無菌水通過自動(dòng)流量閥進(jìn)入板式換熱器,在進(jìn)入脫氣塔之前,無菌水經(jīng)過板式換熱器的熱回收預(yù)加熱至72度,用戶所要求的進(jìn)入無菌水的流量在進(jìn)去板式換熱器前通過控制柜并且自動(dòng)控制,水在脫氣塔的頂部進(jìn)行分流,按照與置換氣體逆向流動(dòng)的要求從上往下流,置換氣體從氣塔底部通過泵送至板式換熱器的冷卻并達(dá)到所要求的溫度,為了保證泵不至于吸空,在脫氣塔的底部設(shè)有液位控制以保持脫氣塔底部具有一定的液位最終的脫氧水的碳酸化是通過二氧化碳噴射進(jìn)冷卻段脫氧水進(jìn)口實(shí)現(xiàn)的,最終的成品脫氧水通過換向閥被泵送到脫氧水儲(chǔ)罐。
Thermal deoxygenation process flow:
Aseptic water enters the plate heat exchanger through an automatic flow valve. Before entering the deaeration tower, the sterile water is preheated to 72 degrees through heat recovery in the plate heat exchanger. The flow rate of sterile water required by the user enters the plate heat exchanger through a control cabinet and is automatically controlled. The water is divided at the top of the deaeration tower and flows from top to bottom according to the requirement of reverse flow with the displacement gas. The displacement gas is pumped from the bottom of the gas tower to the plate heat exchanger for cooling and reaches the required temperature. In order to ensure that the pump does not suck up, a liquid level control is installed at the bottom of the deaeration tower to maintain a certain liquid level at the bottom of the tower. The carbonation of the final deoxygenated water is achieved by spraying carbon dioxide into the inlet of the cooling section deoxygenated water, and the final product deoxygenated water is pumped through a reversing valve. Send to the deoxygenated water storage tank.

工況要求:(需方需要提供的相應(yīng)條件)
●CO2純度:氣態(tài)大于99.95%(需經(jīng)過過濾),壓力≥0.6Mpa,分別接至脫氧和混合設(shè)備CO2入口。
●原水溫度:15-25℃,壓力>0.2Mpa,接至原水入口。
●冷媒:酒精水;壓力:3.5bar;入口溫度:<-4℃。
●電:380V三相五線制50HZ,要求電纜線接至配電盤電源入口。
●壓縮空氣:經(jīng)過濾和干燥的壓縮空氣:壓力>0.5Mpa。要求直接接入至電柜內(nèi)空氣分配器。
●需方應(yīng)在設(shè)備到位前按供方提供圖紙做好相關(guān)工況安裝準(zhǔn)備工作。
Working condition requirements: (corresponding conditions that the demand side needs to provide)
● CO2 purity: Gas purity greater than 99.95% (filtered), pressure ≥ 0.6Mpa, connected to the CO2 inlet of deoxygenation and mixing equipment respectively.
● Raw water temperature: 15-25 ℃, pressure>0.2Mpa, connected to the raw water inlet.
● Refrigerant: alcohol water; Pressure: 3.5 bar; Inlet temperature: <- 4 ℃.
● Electricity: 380V three-phase five wire system 50HZ, requiring the cable to be connected to the power inlet of the distribution panel.
● Compressed air: filtered and dried compressed air: pressure>0.5Mpa. Require direct connection to the air distributor inside the electrical cabinet.
● The purchaser shall prepare for the installation of relevant working conditions according to the drawings provided by the supplier before the equipment is in place.
